“Being able to provide students with the opportunity to work in the areas of conservation and outdoor education is rewarding and inspiring. The students engage with the wider community, work together as a team and enjoy hands on real life experiences. This develops a culture of strong community and respect for each other and fosters a lifelong connection to the environment. I have loved my time with the kids at JTC and I believe I have the best job in the school.”
